This page explains what happens with the information you send through this website. Last updated on 24 September 2026.
What I collect
Only what you type into the booking form: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your preferred date, the address for a mobile visit, and any message you add. The form also records your IP address and browser to stop spam.
Why I collect it
To answer your request, confirm an appointment, and keep a record of the work agreed. I do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only me. The data is stored on a private server in Europe and is not sold, rented or shared with third parties. Hosting and email providers process it on my behalf.
How long I keep it
Booking requests are kept for two years, then deleted. This is separate from my notarial journal, which Florida law requires me to keep for its own period.
Please don't send sensitive data
Do not type identification numbers, card numbers or other sensitive data into the form. You will show your ID during the notarization itself, not before.
Cookies
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask me what data I hold about you, correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to the email address below and I will reply.
