How online and mobile notarization works

Choose the option that fits you best. Both follow Florida notarial requirements.

Mobile visit

Use the form or call. Tell me the service, the address, and your preferred date.

Confirm the details
I confirm the time, the location, and what each signer should bring.

I come to you
Every signer shows a current, government-issued photo ID. Don’t sign the document in advance.

Sign and done
I witness the signatures, complete the notarial certificate, and record the act in my journal.

Use the form and choose “Online session.” I’ll send you the secure link.

Prepare your device
A computer or phone with camera, microphone, and a stable internet connection.

Verify your identity
The platform verifies your ID and asks identity questions before the session starts.

Sign online
We meet by video, you sign electronically, and you receive your notarized document digitally.

Online sessions are held through the BlueNotary platform.

Some receiving agencies or countries may have their own rules about electronically notarized documents. Please confirm with them before your session.
