A remote online session can often happen within the hour, with no travel time for anyone. It suits a single document and a signer with current identification and a decent connection.
Before booking, ask the office receiving the document whether they accept an electronic notarization. That one question is what decides whether speed is an option at all.
What can be done in person today
Mobile visits in Lakeland and nearby towns are often possible the same day, including evenings and weekends. Hospital and care facility visits get priority when the schedule allows, because those rarely wait comfortably.
